What the tool does
The service attempts to identify parties, dates, obligations, payment terms, termination language, and provisions that may deserve closer review. It returns source excerpts when the model can identify them so readers can compare the report with the original document.
What the tool cannot do
ContractExtract cannot determine whether a provision is enforceable, predict a legal outcome, account for every jurisdiction, or replace review by a qualified attorney. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Important findings must be checked against the complete source document before anyone acts on them.
